Return Process

  Contact our Customer Support team via our online contact form or phone to request a Return Authorization number within 30 days of purchase.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your BISSELL machine and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Victorian distribution center and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
